ALBANY, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- The Albany Police Department confirmed they are investigating a shooting that occurred on December 16. Police say one victim suffered a non-life threatening injury. On Saturday around 5:15 p.m., officers responded to the area of Central Avenue and Lexington Avenue, where they located a 20-year-old man with a gunshot wound to the neck. (KRON) – A suspect has been taken into custody for the homicide of a 29-year-old in Antioch, the Antioch Police Department announced Sunday. Antioch Police Dispatch received multiple calls regarding a shooting near the railroad tracks in the 700 block of W. 1st Street at approximately 4:30 p.m. on Dec. 16. Multiple sideshows in one night, OPD investigates Upon officers’ arrival, officers located a 29-year-old man suffering from a gunshot wound. Officers said they rendered aid to the victim. (BCN) -- Five people were arrested during an anti-theft operation conducted by the Milpitas Police Department at the Great Mall late last week, authorities said.Police said on social media that the five were nabbed for various alleged crimes such as shoplifting, weapons violations and drug possession, as well as for outstanding warrants.Detectives were also able to recover over $1,700 worth of stolen items from different stores.
